The ambition of Gastronomi Sverige is to promote and develop Sweden as an outstanding culinary nation. We want to spread Swedish gastronomy throughout the world so as to bring the world to Sweden.
The owners of Gastronomi Sverige wish to give back some of what they have gained from the industry by sharing their extensive experience with the current Swedish candidate for the Bocuse d’Or. Many of the owners have themselves competed, with great success.
The aim of Gastronomi Sverige is to develop Swedish cuisine and spread the knowledge of Swedish gastronomy, both within Sweden and beyond.
The campaign for the Bocuse d’Or is launched by Gastronomi Sverige, which is owned by members of the Swedish Bocuse d’Or Academy:
